Hi, I’m Christina, and welcome to my channel, chriskayoga! In today’s video, I’m going to be sharing with you, a little sequence that I like to do when I just don’t feel like practicing yoga. I’ve been working very hard lately and when I’m working hard constantly constantly working I just don’t feel like taking out my yoga mat and doing it full-on yoga class also It’s very hot here right now. It’s summertime, and I’m filming this Lately when it’s time, and I just do not feel like doing yoga And I am almost positive that a lot of people can really get on this one as well But II just kind of suppresses your energy and really depletes you. It doesn’t help you want to do anything other than the bare minimum of what you have to do So this is a yo sequence that I like to do when I just don’t feel like Anything I just don’t feel like doing different, so this is my I don’t feel like it yoga’s begin its Gendell nice and easygoing it’s not too long and you’re going to get your body moving and Just get some benefits that you wanna offer you And you won’t have to exert that much energy before we get started if you are not yet subscribed to this channel go ahead If the subscribe button sounds a little video I post to three other videos to three yo videos every single week I would love to have you as a subscriber and is completely free to do so So if you’re ready grab your mat and let’s get started someone begins Lime yellow Touchy Shavasana Separate your legs apart and lock them out turn your palms up towards the ceiling close your eyes Take a deep breath in and out quiet your mind for a moment. Just focus all of your attention on your inhale and exhale just Relax here join us to observe any energy Just completely melt into the ground with each breath From here bring a slight motion back into your body And hug your right leg into your chest Flex your feet hold on to your shin with both hands moving your leg in towards your shoulders Feel your right hip sockets stops name Is our bleach and you’re now steering on the right side getting a bit of a stretch here? And from here you’re going to straighten your right leg up towards the ceiling You can use a strap if you have one. Old becomes a hamstring on the left side bending your left knee And then breathe as you hug your legs and towards your shoulders here We land stretching the outer Edges run right hip and your right glute softening your shift joint And your main here and breathe You’re having to memorize unlock your ankle form your side Switch side it takes the left ankle cross it over the right side Bring your knee off to the side Take your hand thread it through let holding on to the right slim strength Bend your right knee and then hug your legs in toward your chest feeling a stretch in the hamstring on the left side and the glue something that hit See both of your feet flexed to protect your knee joint and just breathe Bleach your hair from your leg on cluster ankle I will take a final Shavasana Relax your legs out Turn your long love towards the ceiling Buyer sana once again close your eyes and begin to deepen your breathing Breathing deeply in and after your mom come back to focusing on your breath We’ll remain here Please some slight motion back into your body gently moving your hands and your feet your arms and your legs Bend your knees and roll on the right side resting there with your arm underneath your head Use your hands to help you come up to a seated cross-legged position Pop your shins bring your hands to your left flex your feet underneath your knees Just have to take a deep breath in through your nose and continue to press out And bring your hands to meet at the center of your chest bow your hands to your fingertips namaste.
