  2. Just finished this class. It felt really nice, especially the part on the back. One tip maybe: we have the tendency to want to twist too deep, almost forcing it. Maybe in a next video you can 'warn' your viewers to go only as far as feels good. It was a wonderful 20 minutes practice. Perfect for me, because I am recovering from a cold haha. Energy was just right for me.
