  2. I started following you a few weeks ago. You are a very good instructor. My favorite classes are the ones for energy, positivity and mood improvement. I do this before my workout so some of the others make my own routine more difficult (not necessarily a bad thing). I've liked all of your classes thus far. Thank you for having this channel. 😀 Keep up the great work!

  3. great video & good instructor👍🏻. In the video if can add some instruction words like inhale and exhale is more good.Because my ear problem can't hear clearly the word.Sorry for any inconvenience caused.Thank you.
