  6. Namaskar, Thank you for sharing this video. Postures performed in this video are by an expert, kindly suggest for a beginner how much do I need to stretch , for example in pose 3 Prasarita Padottna He is leaning forward and bending backwards to an extreme.
    Also , suggest for what duration in a day should we do this , no of days in a week.
